Return and Refunds
-Tack/small leather goods come with a 14-day money back guarantee. In the event that you do not love your new product, just let us know and send it back. You must let us know that you are sending it back before sending it. It must come back within 14 days in NEW condition. Any shipping costs or Credit Card/transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
-All sales are final on clearance and sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-If there is an issue with your tack and you need a modification, please notify us within 14 days of purchase.
-ALL custom order deposits are non-refundable and not transferable as a credit. Custom orders are final and not returnable. However, if your order is not built to spec and needs a small alteration, we can fix that.
-Delivery dates on custom orders are estimates and not guaranteed
-Please inquire for the return address
What Is Custom Turn Around Time?
Customs generally take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks. Sometimes even longer, depending on the demand for certain supplies and how slammed I am for orders. You are more than welcome to message me and see where you fall on the customs list or if you need something within a certain time period for a birthday or surprise event, feel free to message me and I can see what I can do.
Is Everything Really Done by Hand?
Yes, almost everything is done by hand. From my tooling designs to how I finish the edges, everything is done with the intention of making your piece unique and something to be proud of and cherished. The only thing I do not do by hand is stitch my projects

What is the Longevity of the Products?
I always trial run all of my products and can proudly say once I have decided on the final elements they have held up wonderfully. I still use one of the very first headstalls I made back in High School and it is still in amazing shape going on roughly six years. Same goes for my belts, I wear mine every single day and I wore my first one every day of High School.
